System/Subsystem Design and Mass Production
In addition to the production of external unit standard cable harness, HTR Production Directorate also has experience, opportunity and capability to make mechanical assembly of electronic cabinets used in integrated electronic systems and functional units in these cabinets, all internal unit cable/harness productions, “wrapping” type cabling of backplanes and bus line connections and to install mentioned systems inside the shelters.
Otomatic AC/DC Test
HTR can automatically measure Conductivity/Broken, Insulation, Dielectric Strength, Diode, Resistance and Capacitor with its latest technology Test System AC/DC voltage between 5000 points. HTR can meet the automatic test requirements especially for the most complex cable bundles used in defense industry systems.
Computer-aided 3D Harness Design
Using 3D harness design CAD software, Production Directorate, has the infrastructure and technical knowledge to meet the cable/wire bundle and harness design needs of all Defense Industry and Private Sector organizations, including the Aerospace Industry.
Production Diectorate, within the scope of design works, creates cable/wire bundle and harness drawings, produces electrical wiring diagrams, creates parts lists and cable sorting lists, determines production labor times, codes and labeling information and prepare harness production boards.
Production Directorate carries out its production for the needs of the defense industry with the work instructions prepared taking into account the AQAP-2110, ISO 9001:2008 and AS 9100 Quality Assurance Standards and the IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721 ve J-STD-001 standards.
