HTR implements a sufficient, applicable, efficient and customer-oriented Quality Management System, which is supported by Process Management and Risk Management approaches to meet customer necessities completely.  To provide continuity and development of efficacy of Quality Management System, along with Enterprise Resource Planning application, Strategic Management, Project Management and Problem Solving Techniques are used with the supervision of top managers and participation of all staff while Internal Inspection and Evaluation Committee carries out inspection activities.
