ETHICS APPLICATION LINE (NOTIFICATION OF IMPROPER BEHAVIOR)

The HTR ethics line consists of an e-mail line at Etik@htr.com.tr. All natural and legal persons may apply on this line by filling in the relevant application form, provided that they indicate their open identity both inside and outside the company. Applications can be made through a personal complaint or an ethical problem thought to be in the system and business processes.

ETHICAL PRINCIPLES

• They do not engage in any relationship, interest, activity or initiative that they believe will adversely affect the interests of the company while fulfilling their duties and responsibilities.

• In line with our strategic goals, they act in accordance with universal business ethics principles and HTR values ​​and a high work ethic in all our business processes and relationships.

• Treat all interacting groups associated with the company in a consistent and honest manner.

• They do not use the information they acquire in the company and the company identity for their personal interests.

Obtaining a number of personal interests from suppliers during acquisitions to the firm is an unethical practice considered within the scope of bribery. Similarly, gifts accepted from customers are evaluated within this scope. HTR employees do not engage in such immoral behavior.
