There is an adequate, applicable and effective Quality Management System which is customer-oriented, supported by Process Management and Risk Management approaches that fully meet the quality requirements. In order to ensure the continuity and improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, in addition to the Enterprise Resource Planning application, Strategic Management, Project Management and Problem Solving Techniques are used under the supervision of the senior management and the Internal Audit and Evaluation Board carried out control and audit activities with the participation of all employees.
