HAVELSAN TECHNOLOGY RADAR (HTR) Subcontractor Approach

Aim

HTR believe that our strategies for producing and developing Domestic and National Products/Services/Systems in the Defense, Security and Information sectors are possible with a strong supply chain management, in communication and coordination with our innovative, competitive, cost-quality-time-performance focused companies. In this direction, we act with our “SUBCONTRACTOR Management System”, which we have structured on the Unity of Strength and Strong Cooperation approach.

Our Approved Subcontractor Implementation Process

Our process is carried out in 7 stages:

  • Application and Preliminary Evaluation,
  • Preliminary Evaluation Approval Supplier Question List is sent and required information and documents are requested and recorded,
  • Administrative, Quality and Technical Evaluation,
  • Scoring / Classification
  • Evaluation Analysis Report
  • Tender Process/Company Selection/Cooperation/Contract
  • General Performance Evaluation,

In this respect, before making a preliminary application to the HTR SUBCONTRACTOR ASSESSMENT PROCESS, it is important to examine the activities carried out within the HTR on our website and to evaluate the suitability of your company's fields of activity to the HTR field of activity and needs. In this context, all or some of the following steps will be carried out in order to record and evaluate your talents and abilities and thus to establish cooperations in order to create productive collaborations.

Subcontractor Supplier Application and Preliminary Evaluation: The company that is not registered in the system should notify that wishes to apply to the HTR Approved Subcontractor System by submitting the Subcontractor Pre-Assessment Application Form and a presentation introducing the company to the address supply@htr.com.tr. After the application is evaluated, the Subcontractor Pre-Assessment Question List will be sent by HTR to the companies that carry out activities in line with HTR's fields of activity. The company will complete the pre-assessment application process by filling out and approving the information requested in the Subcontractor Pre-Evaluation Question List. You may also be contacted if more details are needed regarding the information filled in. In the preliminary evaluation process, the company that scores 50 or more points out of a total of 100 points and is deemed appropriate with its fields of activity will be approved and an Audit Plan will be sent to the company.

On-Site Inspection for Your Company: In line with the information filled in by your company, HTR personnel and/or an Independent Audit Firm authorized by HTR will evaluate the Administrative, Quality and Technical applications to be made for your company. As a result of the evaluations, a classification as A-B-C-D Group will be made by evaluating the information, documentation, resources and competencies to be presented by your company over a total of 100 points and an Evaluation Analysis report will be prepared for your company. All information and documents to be provided by your company during these processes will not be shared with third parties. It will be kept as "COMMERCIAL CONFIDENTIAL". These processes will not put your company and/or HTR under any obligation and do not include any commitment.
